Are You A Star is a talent development & protection agency designed to focus on building the character of our clients and getting them to their highest peak of success in their craft.
We will be casting in house and out house assignments, and protect the rights as well as intellectual property of our clients. We will also utilize our own clients first in our productions, for tv, radio, films, awards shows & Magazine etc.
In our Protection Division we will offer copyright processing, paralegals, Business Coaching, Publishing,Management, Attorneys, and PR work.
Our mission is to utilize our clients in every way we can. To make it equally beneficial for them as a member of AYAS Talent & Protection Agency.
Talent Development - AYAS will focus on talent development by first focusing on the 9 C’s of character development. These 9 C’s will develop well rounded individuals that have been taught self love, being yourself (how to be comfortable in your own skin) and using these tools to become successful. Captivating Character = Cash
Casting - AYAS casting system is 2 fold. The first form of casting is the initial enrollment for AYAS. The initial enrollment is when you have paid your $50 enrollment fee and are scheduled by our Virtual Assistant or Enrollment Staff to come in for an hour with other like minded individuals to “SHOW US WHAT YOUR WORKING WITH….
Once you have joined our database, you will need a headshot and an audition reel that will showcase your area of choice. These rules will be used to identify projects that match your character within our organization, and also to showcase your talents to other organizations or projects.
The 2nd casting is for those who join our agency. They will be required to be apart of one production Pro bono for the area of concentration that was chosen to be accepted in our data base.
We will offer several classes. These classes will be offered at a discounted rate for those who are apart of the agency. However for those who are independent of our agency we will also offer the same classes.
